24 hrs in Germany

Kloster Eberbach

In the banks of the river Rhine, Eberbach Abbey was founded in 1136 as a Cistercian Monastery and after secularization, became a lunatic asylum and prison.
It was the setting for The Name of the Rose movie and it has 900 years of viniculture experience.
A great place to explore, relax and drink wine ;-)
